FAQs

How does the process work after I fill out the survey?

Within 24 hours of submitting your survey we send you a rough price guide based on your answers. If the estimate looks right for your budget, we arrange a free on-site visit to talk through your exact options and lock in costs.

What happens after the site visit?

Following your site visit, we'll prepare a formal quote within 24–48 hours. If you're happy to proceed, we'll send through a Master Builders contract and your deposit invoice. Once both are returned, we submit your pool build details to our engineer and certifier to begin the approvals process.

How long does it take to build a pool?

Build time runs 8 to 12 weeks depending on size, design, access, and council requirements. We aim to start your pool build within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving your council approved pool plans from certifier. Engineer plans and certification typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.

What areas do you service?

Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast

How much does a concrete pool cost?

Concrete pools typically range from $50, 000 to $150, 000+ depending on size, design, site conditions, finishes and features. Rather than quoting a number that means nothing without context, we walk you through what drives the price so you can make decisions that fit your budget.

What if my yard has difficult access or a slope?

Concrete pools can be engineered for slopes, tight access, and unusual block shapes. We assess this at the site visit and factor it into the design and build a plan.

Can I choose my own design and features?

Yes. Shape, depth, steps and ledges, water features, lighting, tiling, surrounds and interior colour are all part of the design conversation.

What warranty do you offer?

We offer 6.5 years structural warranty as per QBCC guidelines. Your pool equipment will have its own product warranty and can be found in the products manuals.

What is your QBCC licence number?

Our QBCC licence number is 15126627.

What if I'm not sure what I want yet?

That's fine. The consultation is exactly for that. We'll walk through options, explain what works in your space, and help you think through what makes sense for your family.

What happens if I want to make changes to the design once I have signed the contract?

We understand design decisions can shift as the build progresses. If you want to make changes, we will send through a variation form to formalise what is different and how it may affect the timeline or cost. That way everything stays clear and documented.

About Us

Why Families Choose Us For Difficult-Block Pools...

We're a small, family-run pool building business that knows what it takes.

We started as carpenters, then moved into steel fixing for pools. After years of watching families with difficult blocks get turned away by builders unwilling to take on the challenge, we noticed the gap in the market. So we decided to fill it.

We have a family of our own, and we understand what families want: a pool that works on their land, built by people who actually know how to handle the awkward blocks, slopes, and tight access sites that other builders pass on.

QBCC Licensed (15126627). We complete custom concrete pools, surrounds, fencing, water features, and integrated spas in 8 to 12 weeks from approval. And our Google reviews speak for themselves: 100% five-star ratings from families who trusted switch their difficult blocks.

We don't take the easy jobs. We take the ones that need someone who nows the work, has been doing it for a decade, and actually cares about getting it right.
